Circle
of Love
The Circle of Love Program strengthens the circle of
support systems that benefit all. CSFI is offering to
donate $5 to a charity of your choice each time a ticket to
one of our Spa Day Events is purchased. Help us grow the
circle of love and strengthen our community.
Join as a non-profit or, as an individual, identify the
non-profit of your choice to receive the $5 donation for
each ticket purchased.

Vehicles for Change
To purchase your tickets online, click on
the "Buy Now" button below. You'll be taken to a secure
payment site. Enter $20 for one ticket, $40 for two
tickets, etc. You will receive a purchase confirmation
email within one (1) business day.
Choose your favorite non-profit charity to receive the $5
donation for each ticket you buy and email us at:
cancerhelp@ymail.com with the name and contact information
for that non-profit.
You may also purchase your Spa Day Event tickets by mail by sending a check ($20 for each ticket) to:
